After injecting resin, the upper packer section can be detached. The lower valve retains the material, while the retaining ring holds the rubber expanded in the borehole.
The injection point stays closed without waiting for the resin to cure fully.

The lance needs to be held when joining successive sections. Machined flats provide a secure contact surface for the wrench.
In the JG Ø13 mm system, hold the lance with a 12 mm wrench and tighten the coupling with a 15 mm wrench.

What should you prepare?
- Task and substrate — Where will the component work and how will it be installed?
- Dimensions and connections — Model, borehole, length and thread designation; photos and drawings are helpful.
- Mating components — Pump, hose, injection head, coupler and nipple: provide the markings on your existing equipment.
- Working conditions — Material, temperature and required delivery conditions, if already defined.
- Quantity and deadline — How many points or units are planned, and when do you need the equipment?
