SMALL COMPONENT. A BIG DIFFERENCE IN INJECTION CONTROL.

Opening at approximately 6 bar.
Sealing against back pressure.

A professional injection nipple has two jobs: start delivery at low pressure and stop material flowing back after the coupler is removed. This is what we focus on in HAMMPACK SWG, PRE, FWG and FPRE versions.

≈ 6 bar

Valve opening

The low threshold lets you start delivery without raising pressure merely to open the nipple. You then adjust pressure to suit the material, substrate and the structure's response.

Leak-tight closure

After the coupler is removed, the injected material should remain in the structure. A tight valve prevents backflow and helps maintain pressure. Leakage wastes material and causes soiling, but above all reduces the pressure needed for further penetration into cracks and pores.

Control of the whole system

The valve, threaded connection and packer anchoring must work together. The PRE coating seals the thread; preventing backflow is a separate valve function.

Opening at 6 bar lets injection start without building high pressure simply to overcome valve resistance. Where the application requires spring resistance to be eliminated, we can manufacture a springless steel nipple. We also use springless valves in all plastic packers fitted with plastic nipples.

Equipment selection / custom manufacturing

Let's start with where your equipment will work.

Selecting equipment for a specific task or need a different packer design? Describe the working conditions and mating components. We will use these details to define the selection requirements or assess a custom version.

What should you prepare?
  • Task and substrate — Where will the component work and how will it be installed?
  • Dimensions and connections — Model, borehole, length and thread designation; photos and drawings are helpful.
  • Mating components — Pump, hose, injection head, coupler and nipple: provide the markings on your existing equipment.
  • Working conditions — Material, temperature and required delivery conditions, if already defined.
  • Quantity and deadline — How many points or units are planned, and when do you need the equipment?
