HAMMPACK / SPECIAL SOLUTIONS

A specific problem.
A considered solution.

From a needle that stays inside the structure to accessories developed for a single project. Explore their design, installation and customisation options.

01 / INJECTION NEEDLES FOR TUNNEL STRUCTURES

The needle stays inside.
Stainless steel matters here.

The needle carries material to the sealing zone and remains permanently inside the structure after injection. The tube helps install it and connect it to the injection system. Each part has its own function.

INSTALLATION AND INJECTION / 6 STEPS

From borehole to sealing.

Choose a step to follow needle installation and injection.

Step 1: Drilling to the sealing zone

STEP 01 / 06

Drilling to the sealing zone

Drill a borehole reaching the zone where the sealing material needs to be delivered.

MATERIAL

Stainless steel needle, steel tube.

These are two different components. The stainless steel needle stays inside; the tube is used to install it and deliver material.

DELIVERY POINT

Outlet on the side of the needle.

Ø2,8 mm holes carry material to the sealing zone. The needle's position in the structure determines the delivery location.

CONNECTION

The tube works with the valve.

The M10×1 connection joins the needle to the tube. The tube's other end has a G1/4″ male thread for connecting the system.

02 / EXTENDING PACKERS

Make your packer longer.

Extend the reach of an existing packer using the Packer Connector system.

PACKER CONNECTOR / PI-SCREW

The same packer. Additional reach.

  1. Choose the extension.

Determine the required reach and position of the expansion zone in the element.

  2. Connect the components.

The PI-SCREW threaded nipple joins the system parts. A factory-applied coating seals the threaded connection.

  3. Assemble the complete system.

The illustration shows the individual parts and the completed extended packer.

03 / POINTING ACCESSORIES

Three nozzles. One GEKA connection.

We match outlet geometry to the joint and material. Steel tips connect through a brass GEKA coupling.

Flat steel nozzle with GEKA connection

Flat nozzle

Wide, flattened outlet for placing material in the joint.

Narrow steel nozzle with GEKA connection

Narrow nozzle

Extended round tip for precise material placement.

Round steel nozzle with GEKA connection

Round nozzle

Round outlet with a larger cross-section and the same connection method.

Plastic pointing tips

Plastic tips too.

Outlets of 6, 8 and 12 mm, lengths of 22 or 35 mm and a GEKA adapter let you match the accessories to the joint.

04 / FROM REQUIREMENT TO SOLUTION

AIRFLOW. How we approach a new task.

The requirement: introduce air beneath a floor during drying. The response: a packer designed around the process and connection method.

AIRFLOW packer for delivering air beneath a floor
AN EXAMPLE OF OUR CAPABILITIES

You bring the problem.
We develop a solution.

AIRFLOW shows how we start with working conditions: borehole, floor layers, hose and required air delivery method. We use these to select the design and connections.

The same approach produces versions for specific infrastructure projects. Some are prepared individually and are not shown in the catalogue.

05 / ANGLE CONTROL

Keep the drilling angle under control.

When injecting a wall-to-slab joint, the borehole must intersect the joint. The gauge helps maintain the chosen angle and repeat it in subsequent boreholes.

INTERSECT THE CONSTRUCTION JOINT

The same target. Different drilling paths.

Wall and slab cross-section with a borehole drilled above the floor to the construction joint

Drilling above the floor.

With a thin floor layer, the borehole can start in the wall and intersect the wall-to-slab joint. Match the starting height and angle to wall thickness and joint level.

First determine where the borehole should intersect the joint. Then set the drill angle.

06 / TIMBER INJECTION

Small packer. The right connection.

Plastic drive-in packers with a non-return valve. Two models, two connection methods.

07 / RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Not every project fits in a catalogue.

Mining packers, tunnel solutions and accessories for individual infrastructure projects. We discuss the task and develop a version that meets its requirements.

01 / WORKING CONDITIONS

Where do we start?

Borehole diameter, required length, material, connection method and installation access. A drawing or photograph is helpful.

02 / DESIGN

What do we adapt?

Geometry, material and connections. We establish which parts remain in the structure and how installation should proceed.

03 / MANUFACTURING

How do we define the scope?

We agree the design, scope of verification and delivery schedule for the specific application.
